Resident Association Council
Every residential living resident is a member of the Residents Association. The purpose of this Association is to give residents an active voice in the Ministry of Caring at Carroll Lutheran Village by working with the Administration, through the Standing Committees, to resolve resident concerns and promote programs for the betterment and pleasure of its members.
