Carroll Lutheran Village residents and Carroll County have always enjoyed a mutually beneficial relationship. The many resources available through Carroll County have been made available to the our residents, and our residents have given back to the County in kind. With Carroll Community College and McDaniel College nearby, many of our residents have decided to broaden their education by enrolling in classes. In fact, if 12 residents are interested in one class, Carroll Community College will send a teacher to the campus! Many of our residents find it gratifying to volunteer in the community, often at locations such as the local food bank, hospice, historical society and more. Some of our residents tutor at the Lutheran School nearby and the Carroll County Public School System.
