As part of Carroll Lutheran Village’s ministry of caring, we provide a full range of services to promote wellness, including nutritional education, specially prepared menu’s, exercise classes, and creative programs such at Project Venture that engage every member of the community, at every level of care, and explore subjects such as genealogy, history, and nature. Our Health Care Center is a residence offering specialty care including long-term, rehabilitation and memory care. And for those residents requiring a little help with daily living, our assisted living services at Diven House provide whatever level of support is needed to help maximize independence. In addition, physicians, social workers, nurses, physical therapists and a full-time chaplain meet regularly as a team with residents and their families to evaluate overall health and create care plans that will enable our resident’s to remain healthy and independent as long as possible.
