At Carroll Lutheran Village, we believe the gifts of caring, attention, affection and love are some of the most precious gifts you can give. It’s a philosophy our staff expresses in countless ways each and every day. By performing simple acts of kindness. In making an extra effort to answer a request. In taking the time to talk to someone in need of companionship. Sometimes it’s expressed by a staff member making an evening call or stopping by on a weekend to see how a resident is doing. Or when members of the staff send comforting cards to someone recuperating from an illness. Carroll Lutheran Village is that kind of place. It’s who we are. Our mission statement expresses it best: at Carroll Lutheran Village we’re "dedicated to the ministry of caring in a Christian atmosphere fostering quality life and services for the whole person.
