SALES ASSOCIATE
HOWARD COUNTY RETIREMENT COMMUNITY! Lutheran Village at MILLER’S GRANT, a premier continuing care retirement community, to be built in Ellicott City is seeking full-time motivated sales associates. This salaried sales position requires a minimum of 4 years of professional level selling. The job is to sell homes and apartments to senior citizens; must be successful at making phone sales calls, conducting sales appointments, conducting group sales presentations, developing relationships, closing the sale and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Select evening and Saturday hours may apply to work schedule.The Miller’s Grant community, sponsored by, Carroll Lutheran Village, will serve over 300 residents in all levels of residence care. Assisted Living Program Manager
Full-time-The person we are seeking must have a MD nursing license, a minimum of three years management experience in a healthcare or senior living environment, and the ability to lead a team to ensure the highest level of quality care. An Assisted Living Program Manager Certification is required and the successful candidate will be required to obtain this within six months of employment.

RN- Staff Development Coordinator-
Registered Nurse to provide educational programs for our staff. The individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, presenting, and evaluating all in-service programs throughout our facility.
